Konyane injection mold is a perfessional precision injection mold manufacturer and founded in 1985. We are currently using cad-cae-cam process to provide high quality molds and products to fulfill customers needs by using software such as pro-e, cimatron, ug, autocad, and more. Long experience in signle/double injection mold make us innovative and flexible. High quality always comes first to every customer of konyane. We have been kept to improve our technique and upgrade new machines & equipments for higher grade development and accurate production process.

We can provide second process for spray painting, pad printing, gilding, hot stamping and electroplating etc and all produce in house. On behalf of our upgrade hardwares, we have five hyper speed cnc miller (two Japan yasda cnc hsm, one Germany roeders cnc hsm, and two Taiwan made cnc hsm), five cnc edm (four Japan makino cnc edm and swiss charmilles 35p cnc edm),3 edm wire cutting machines, and 10 double injection machines with two Austria engel double injection machine, and more.
